Steps for Uplaoding it :
1. Log into your Facebook account using your e-mail address and password.2. Click on the "Friends" link on the menu located on the left side of your Facebook page.
3. Click the "Other Tools" option at the bottom of the screen. Click on the "Upload Contact File" link.
4. Select "Browse" and navigate to the location where your contact file is located. Click the "Open" button. Click on the "Upload Contacts" button.
